We invite you to explore our multitude of rooms and menus that allow you to personalize your affair to meet your needs. Whether you want your guests to enjoy a large outdoor picnic by the lake or a formal reception “underwater” with the sea lions, the Zoo’s catering team is here to serve you! Zoo Admission and Entertainment Admission (Special Group Rate): Adult (ages 12 and over): $5.60 Children (ages 3 to 11): $3.20 Entertainment: Tram Rides: $3.00 adult/ $2.00 child Train Rides: $2.00 adult/$1.00 child Carousel Rides: $1.00 Kiddie Train: $1.00 Paddleboat: $5.00/boat (30 min) Aquaticus Show: $2.00 adult/ $1.00 child Rock Wall: $2.00 (per climb) All inclusive package: $10.00 adult/ $8.00 child General Guidelines • No outside catering allowed in Zoo facilities. • The Catering Sales office must receive a signed contract detailing all arrangements at least one month prior to the event. It is vital the Catering Sales office be notified of the guaranteed number of guests attending the functions at least 5 business days before the event. This is the official guaranteed number for which you will be billed, even if fewer guests attend. We will, however, prepare for 5% above this figure to allow for last minute additions. • Menu prices do not include admission and rentals. Prices listed are subject to proportionate changes in market conditions. 8.375% sales tax and 18% recommended gratuity will be added to food and beverage items on the total bill. • A deposit of thirty-five percent of the estimated cost of catering services and of facility rental fees is required once a service contract has been agreed upon. The deposit amount will apply to final billing. An event is considered canceled, and services will not be provided, if the deposit is not received no later than two weeks prior to the event date If there is an adjustment to guest numbers after the deposit has been submitted, a refund will be mailed after the event.
