Oklahoma City Zoo Catering must be utilized to rent outdoor facilities.  Outside caterers are not allowed on Zoo grounds.   The picnic areas are available during regular Zoo hours in four (4) hour blocks (10 a.m.-2 p.m., and 4 p.m.-8 p.m.). The Zoo remains open until 8 p.m. on summer Saturdays only. 

Oklahoma Trails Big Rivers Building
Host your casual or formal function in this exquisite habitat, surrounded by fish, herps and mammals native to the State of Oklahoma.

• Cocktail Capacity:  150 people

• Rental Fee: $850.00 plus catering costs (rental free includes Tram transportation down to Oklahoma Trails)

Jungle Gym Picnic Area
A shaded area for smaller picnics, includes picnic table seating. This area seats groups up to 90 people. A minimum of 50 people is required to reserve this area. 

• Seating Capacity: 90 seats
• Availability: Daytime only (lighting not available)
• Rental Fee: $75.00 plus catering costs

Devon Energy Roughneck Pavilion
This covered pavilion provides a sheltered area by the lake for picnics, weddings, and other special events. Picnic table seating is included with a minimum of 100 people required to reserve this area.

• Seating Capacity: 500 seats
• Availability:  Daytime and Evenings until 11 p.m.
• Rental Fee: $250.00 plus catering costs
• Table Removal Fee: $350.00 (Weddings only)

Devon Energy Wildcat Pavilion
This covered Pavilion provides a sheltered area.  Great for picnics and special occasions. A minimum of 100 people is required to reserve this area

• Seating Capacity: 200 seats
• Rental Fee: $150.00 plus catering costs

West Picnic Area
A shaded area for larger picnics is great for picnics and special occasions. A minimum of 100 people is required to reserve this area.

• Seating Capacity (includes uncovered areas): 1,000 seats
• Event Capacity: 2,000 people
• Availability: Daytime only (lighting not available)
