The Oklahoma City Zoological Park is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who will, under general supervision, perform a variety of contractor level plumbing work. Oklahoma City is among the most economically healthy cities in the nation and living expenses remain comfortable. Oklahoma is one of the most biologically diverse states in the country and prides itself on its friendly people.


Requirements: Experience equivalent to four years contractor level plumbing/pipefitting work; OR completion of a recognized plumbing/pipefitting apprenticeship program may substitute for two years of the required experience. Applicant must possess a valid Oklahoma motor vehicle operator’s license. Applicant must possess a valid Contractor’s Plumbing and Gas Fitting License from both the State of Oklahoma and the City of Oklahoma City and a Class D Water Plant Operator’s License or obtain them in the first year of employment.
