DINOSAURS UNEARTHED DISAPPEARING FROM THE OKC ZOO
Unearth your inner beast and journey to the Oklahoma City Zoo before the dinosaurs disappear – again! Dinosaurs Unearthed presented by Dr Pepper, a full-blown dino-reality experience, will be ending its reign at the Zoo on Tuesday, June 30.
This interactive exhibit brings a world of learning to guests through animatronic, multimedia and live action displays. “Dig” a life-sized tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops, stegosaurus and more! Participate in an interactive computer game or excavate your own dinosaur “bones.” Then, explore a variety of dinosaur skeletons and fossils from the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.
After you explore the exhibit, start a quest for the perfect souvenir, as all Dinosaurs Unearthed merchandise is 50 percent off! Kids of all ages can pick up souvenir apparel, books, puzzles, toys and more while supplies last. Take advantage of this great offer before it disappears, too!
The wild is calling you to the Oklahoma City Zoo! Located in Oklahoma City’s Adventure District at the crossroads of I-44 and I-35, the Zoo is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with exhibit buildings and Dinosaurs Unearthed closing at 4:45 p.m. Through September, the Zoo will remain open until 8 p.m. on Saturdays only. July 1 through August 16 the Zoo will open at 8 a.m. Admission is $7 for adults, $4 for children three to 11 and seniors 65 and older.
