We want your visit to be an enjoyable experience and to help accomplish this may we suggest a few tips Arriving at the Zoo: • Parking at the Zoo is FREE. • When you arrive, please pull up in front of the Zoo's main entrance. • Pull up as far forward as you can. • Keep everyone on the bus and wait for a Zoo greeter. • Make sure everyone in your group knows the departure time. Inform the group leader(s) to have a Zoo Security Officer radio you when the group is ready to go. • The Zoo greeter will check your group in and begin to unload the bus. • Time is limited, so everyone should be ready to unload quickly. • Lunches need to be unloaded as well. • After everyone unloads, a Zoo Security Officer or Police Officer will direct you to the parking areas. • Zoo admission is FREE for all bus drivers. Leaving the Zoo: • Your group needs to be ready and waiting in front of the Zoo's main entrance before you can pull up. • We ask that you wait for a Zoo Security Officer to inform you that your group is ready. • The Zoo's parking lot is one way. Please exit and then come back through the main parking lot gates. • A Zoo Security Officer will direct you through the gates. • Pull up in front of the Zoo's main entrance to let everyone load the bus. • Make sure everyone is accounted for and exit as normal. JUST A NOTE – If your group has signed up for an Education Program, please pull up in front of the Conservation Education Center (located at the east end of the Zoo's parking lot) to unload.
